Permanent real estate trades...what is it? How does it work? Will this work for me? A permanent real estate trade is the process of one seller finding and buying another sellers home, who in turn buys yours. Though the process may take a while to find 2 sellers who's homes meet each others needs and who want to participate in the trade, this process is starting to be used more often due to the real estate markets.
