As of today May 27th, my website, www.allarizonarealestate.com is ranking on the first page of google for the key word search Ahwatukee real estate, just under all the big name sites like Realtor.com, Trulia.com and others that the only way to beat out is by a sponsored web page or pay per click through Google. Since we do not do pay per click on Google this is big news and something that as a buyer or seller especially you might want to consider when listing your home for sell.
This is in large part to the massive marketing that we do, which we keep updated on a regular basis each day and each week, but also because of all the media publicity that we get for cutting edge marketing like my new video news format marketing, using youtube to sell homes, and other real estate stories reported on by ABC 15 news with regards to the real estate market since 2009 I have been interviewed by ABC more than any other Realtor in the valley regarding real estate related stories
So when you are considering an agent to help you buy or sell your home, choose one that has local, and national recognition.
