East Valley Builders offering Great Deals!

If you are in the market for a new home, whether you want to start it from the ground up and customize it to your perfect taste, or just don't want to buy a home that has never been lived in before by anyone else. Builders throughout the Valley are offering some great pricing, good incentives on both spec and ready to build homes. Throughout Chandler right now there are approximately 58 models to choose from with prices starting at just $147,970 up to $529,900. Square footage varies from builder to builder as does standard features of each home and the cost of upgrades. There are also Approximately 89 Spec homes in Chandler with prices ranging from $169970 to $840,738. These homes will for the most part have all the interior upgrades done but some will allow for the buyer to choose and select flooring and maybe even cabinets and counter tops. Gilbert has approximately 153 model homes with priced ranging from $136,600 to $358,990. Again standard features and customized options will vary from builder to builder and will be in addition to the base price of the home. On average a buyer building new can expect to spend anywhere from 10 to 20 percent of the base price of the home on upgrades depending on personal preferences and taste. There are approximately 174 spec homes in Gilbert with price3s ranging from $144,535 to $545,000. These homes may also allow the buyer to customize flooring, cabinets and countertops or may be completely finished and move in ready. Mesa has approximately 68 models with prices starting at $119,900 to $534,950. Standard features vary from builder to builder as they do in Chandler and Gilbert as do the prices of the upgrades and what options are available. Some builders allow more customization than others. There are approximately 75 Spec homes ranging in price from $163,990 to $379,000. Again some may allow the buyer to choose upgrades and other will be move in ready. Queen Creek has only about 19 models and 22 spec homes. Most of the builders in queen creek cannot compete with current pricing of bank owned homes to make a profit and have therefore either stopped building and are just sitting on the land they own, or are looking at selling it off to other builders. Despite the myth that Tempe has no more residential land left there is one Builder in close out phase that has homes for sale in the area prices range from $245,990 to 284,990. They have 4 models to chose from and 12 Spec homes that range in price from $255,603 to 413,950.
